Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution, 2001, from Antioch University McGregor, Yellow Springs, Ohio. 
Graduate of Stenotype Institute, 1985, Springfield, Ohio.  Attained RPR and CM status.  Notary. 
Bachelor's Degree in Education, 1978, from Glenville State College, Glenville, West Virginia.

Dayton Mediation Center (Ohio).  Volunteer Mediator; Case Manager for Juvenile Mediation Diversion and Juvenile Victim/Offender Programs.
